With the first few treatments of Universal Energy (UE), most people report an immediate drop in blood pressure averaging about 20 points. To achieve normal pressure, some cases take only a few days, some may take a few weeks. In most cases, the improvement is only temporary.  Your cooperation is necessary if we were to KEEP the blood pressure down permanently. First, if you are on any high blood pressure medication, it is important for you to monitor your own blood pressure reading on a daily basis so that you and your doctor can adjust your medicine dosage accordingly.

As with most illnesses, there are deep-rooted causes that must be dealt with before permanent cures can be achieved. During the next three months, while this ministry is treating your high blood pressure and giving you emotional cleansing, it would be helpful if you practice the following deep breathing exercises: Take 3 deep breaths by inhaling SLOWLY through your nose and exhaling SLOWLY through your mouth. Then close your eyes, and focus your attention on the point at the top of your head for five minutes. Try to keep your mind free from other thoughts. Afterwards, take 3 more deep breaths. This exercise can be done in any position, any place.
