Below links are additional information for these specific conditions:
With Universal Energy (UE) healing, asthma patients have reported remarkable decreases in the sensitivity, severity and frequency of asthma attacks. However, UE treatment usually takes a few months to a year, thus, you should learn to heal yourself by taking Levels 1, 2, and 3 of UE healing. (It only takes a few hours and anyone can learn it.) For a location nearest you, visit the USA headquarters' website : http://www.mel-hq.com or http://www.mel-global.com or the Australia's headquarters: http://www.huesa.org. If you still can't find a location nearest you to learn UE healing, then the next alternative may be to visit our following websites: http://www.hereandnowmeditation.com and/or http://www.kundalinikey.com
UE healing can desensitize, halt or alleviate an asthma attack within minutes. Although UE students should still carry their inhaler and medication with them at all times, they use their hands to heal themselves with UE first. After a few weeks, most have reported great improvements, feeling in control of the oncoming attacks.
Besides the usual dust, pollen, allergies, and nerves dysfunction, the causes of asthma may be understood on a different level. Psychologists and hypnotherapists have found other causes such as childhood repression of crying, repression of emotions, suffocation during birth, and psychological suffocation. Some spiritual masters even attribute it to previous-life causes such as experiencing death by suffocation or having suffocated others, etc. That’s why our ministry also treats asthma with a two-week emotional cleansing along with the regular UE treatment. (See Emotional Cleansing section for more details.)
You can also learn to breath correctly to control your asthma:
1. Dantien breathing: Inhale slowly and deeply, settling the air at the point about 1.5 inches below the navel by letting out your lower abdomen. Count to 5, and then exhale. Do 10 such breaths, you should breathe easier now. Do this breathing exercise frequently to prevent asthma attacks and for general good health.
2. Pause breathing: Use this breathing technique in case of breathing difficulty. Sit down, slowly inhale and exhale a few times. Then at the end of an EXHALE breath, use your thumb and index finger and pinch close your nose, hold the breath for as long as comfortable, then inhale. Breathe normal for a few breaths then repeat the above technique. It may seem strange with the first few times, but with patience, you will be glad to find that after a few such breaths, the asthma attacks would subside.
